PIN GRADING
✦ Please note that enamel pins are manufactured by hand, so slight flaws may occur and I also have different grading policies from other pin makers/artists ✦
Mixed Grade - If you only collect perfect-grade pins, mixed-grade pins may not meet your expectations and may not be suitable for you.Mixed grade pins have flaws such as:✦ Small scratches or scuffs
✦ Dust particles
✦ Low-fill or uneven enamel - slightly uneven enamel fill or small dips in certain areas, especially in more detailed sections
✦ Tiny bubbles in enamel - small bubbles may be noticeable in larger enamel areas
✦ Slight metal imperfections - minor issues like slightly uneven edges, small metal flecks, or faint marks from the plating process.
✦ Off-center screen printing - if there are printed details, they might be slightly misaligned.
✦ Small screen printing issue - *typically includes minor misalignment, slight smudging, scratches/scuffing, or faint ink inconsistencies on detailed areas. *
✦ Small plating flaws - minor discolorations, spots, or inconsistencies in the metal platingWe do not grade the back of the pins.Please note that replacement requests will not be accommodated if the flaw falls within the types listed above.
We are not a harsh pin grader and we don't sell collector grade pins. So please expect some flaws.
SHOP POLICIES
✦ SHIPPING AND CHANGE ADDRESS REQUESTS ✦
Processing time of in-hand orders will take 4 weeks. All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).By purchasing, you agree to pay any customs fees upon receipt of the pin. VAT will not be submitted in advance, and the customs form will accurately reflect the full price of the item, without any alterations.Address change requests will not be accommodated after we have purchased the shipping label for your order. If you need to change your address, you will be required to pay for a new shipping label.
✦ PRE-ORDERS ✦
Please be reminded that pre-orders take a significant amount of time to be fulfilled. It takes at least 6 months or more for your order(s) to be completed. The production time for pins is very lengthy, and delays should always be expected. If you are unable to wait that long, please refrain from pre-ordering.
✦ MISSING / DAMAGED PACKAGES ✦
Please know that we are not responsible for any of the following:✦ Lost packages due to incorrect address provided by the customer. Please always make sure to enter your correct shipping address when you place your order.
✦ Package is lost/damaged during shippingOnce all packages have left our premises and received by USPS, and a tracking number has been sent to you, we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.All orders include a tracking number. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
For pre-orders, we don't allow refund/cancellation of orders once the merchandise are in production.We only grant cancellation if an order is doubled.
✦ RETURNS and EXCHANGES ✦
We don't accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is incorrect.You must send an inquiry within 7 days of tracking being marked as delivered.
✦ RESTOCKS ✦
We only do restocks depending on the demand of the pins.
✦ TRADING AND RESALE ✦
Trading and reselling pins are allowed, but I ask that you trade fairly and refrain from purchasing my pins solely to gain traders or with the intent of reselling.(If you trade or sell my pins within just a couple of weeks of receiving them, I will consider it as ‘purchasing to gain traders.’)A 30-day in-hand rule applies to all pins.Please do not resell my pins for more than the price you paid, especially Pay For Production (P4P) pins. If you are found violating this rule, you will be banned.

My pins are mostly open pre-order unless stated otherwise. I decide which pin/s will be open PO depending on the amount of interests I get.Will you have extras?
I will always have a few in-hand extras. They will be available in my shop when all pre-orders have been received.Will you combine ship?
I only allow combine shipping when I release Limited Edition pins.I don't allow combine shipping when it's open pre-order.Are you open for trades?
Yes, if you have one of my ISOs or pins of fandoms I'm interested in.Where is my order?
If it's a pre-order, it will take over 3 months for production to finish and for us to fulfill the pre-orders. Again, if you can't wait that long, please do not pre-order from my shop.For in-hands, processing time will take 3 weeks.Do you do restocks?
Yes, if I get a lot of restock request submissions through my contact form.
Please note that due to the author's request, all of my Pizza Delivery pins will be LE50.
Will you be pinning this?

All cards/debit cards are accepted, Apple pay and google pay as well. I no longer accept Paypal as a payment method.
Will you open more pinclub/ko-fi slots?
I sometimes open a few slots every now and then. I sometimes announce them, I sometimes don't.
Do you offer early access to ko-fi subscribers?
Yes, I do. Except for Danmei P4P collab pins.Are drop buddies allowed?
